I have 3 keys and, until I started messing around, 2 of them worked fully. The third did not work as a remote, but the batteries are fine.

I’m trying the process from the A8 Parts Forum https://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showthread.php?p=176297#post176297 (not VCDS) but with no joy at all. I’m confused at 2 points: at which press of the unlock button do you push it more than once; and do you press it twice for the second key as you obviously ...

Just wondering if you’ve made the same mistake that I did when I got my first ‘8. You have to push the rectangular button labelled ‘menu’ to bring up the menu in the DIS, before the knob will work. Or perhaps it’s just me that’s this stupid!

Dean has done a great job of finding me parts that I can’t get in the UK, both from Audi Tradition and elsewhere. Great service - would recommend highly!

Do you know if these are still available anywhere? Putting the parts list into Google or Audi Tradition doesn’t give a result.

Great test, Marcin. Are these bulbs interchangeable? Ivan a 2002 S8 with xenon plus headlights and I’d love to improve night vision if possible.

I’m a bit late to this - sorry! I’ve got a solar sun roof on a black car, so here are a few photos. As Michaela says, it just blends in.

Just a quick point on the cost of a ZF gearbox service. I have had at least 6 done on my S8 at Mackies, south of Glasgow. The last one, in September 2023, cost £185 plus VAT. My car has over 200K miles on the original gearbox; I’m convinced the regular services have contributed to this.

Ah, that’s not what I wanted to hear, but thanks anyway Michaela. is there no alternative at all then? How about your 3D printer? I’m happy to pay a significant premium.
