I've just been experimenting with openAi, basically because I'm bored. I asked it to write a poem about an S8. I asked it to do it as dramatic. I was surprised by the result which I find pretty good.

Personally, living in Leeds, I've never had a problem with AUTODOC deliveries apart from they are so slooooow. Whatever I order I always figure in 3 weeks delivery. No a problem if your car is not a daily driver.

I take your point also about aligning the clutch plates with the box in the horizontal position. I bought a 5hp24 from a BMW to practice stripping and rebuilding with good success. I automatically stood it on it's end in my workshop and so never even considered how much more difficult it would be ...

I've noticed with AUTODOC that the prices can change from day to day. Mondays seem to be the cheapest.

Anything wrong with this Denso unit? I think it's the oem one, although not 100 percent sure.

Hi all
Just a quick question. Do these headlight ballast units need programming? I.e if I bought a second hand unit say from a TT, same part number, would it need any programming to work on an S8 D2?
