No it wont, all aftermarket head units, and most OEM ones use common ground for the input signal and bose uses floating ground, so you will get alternator whine in the speakers and a super loud POP sound when turning the head unit on/unmuting it.

There are 'Bose Adapters' out there but all they are is capacitor and resistor networks which reduce the bass and the highs to try and reduce the above mentioned issues.

If you're only after Bluetooth or a reverse camera, there are other aftermarket solutions for this which I tested and work pretty well.

If you're after sat nav, its hard to beat a phone stuck to your dash, over the years I found the head unit just too low in the car for safe and comfortable use.

Tbh I don’t mind using the phone for satnav I just want my music through the speakers and be able to take phone calls. Do you know something that can do that? Cheers

This plugs in place of your CD changer and support bluetooth 4.0 and comes with a microphone.
It supports the buttons on the original head unit for taking calls and skipping songs etc.

They are sold only from Germany by the company that makes them, forum member Spanker offers a cheap service to get them into whatever country you're from. I got mine from him late last year.
