Door has been dismantled, with the door card still attached and the loom in. The Patent Pending Ronin method. Super rusty and bodged door lock replaced with a good used one: Then it was time to put the window frame in. This is my most hated procedure on D2's as its hard to align it all properly at first attempt so the shut line is all good, and the door closes nicely. Marking the bolts helps a lot: Missing sound deadning matt replaced: Missing hardware for the door grab handle replaced. This is not the d2 specific hardware but it fits and will do the job for now: Final result. A door that opens, closes and doesn't pop of its broken door clips when pulled:
