How to refurb rear upper control arms

Step 1:
Have old rusty control arms: Step 2:
Have new bushes fitted and arms vapor blasted, I paid £120 (excluding the parts) for this in Cardiff:
New bushes can be had from autodoc, you will need 4 outer bushes, and 2 middle bushes.
